A documentary Coalport cylindrical mug, with loop handle, superbly London decorated in coloured enamels with a putto with a garland, in an oval panel, the gold ground painted with flamboyant flower heads and leaves, 4" high, circa 1800-10, blue painted over glaze decorator's initial S in a triangle beneath

The decorator's mark appears to be unrecorded
