A very fine Derby plate

A very fine Derby plate, superbly painted in coloured enamels with a view of The Berlin City Palace, with the bronze equestrian figure of Frederick William of Brandenburg in the foreground, within two gilt bands with flower heads and leaf scrolls, gilt line rim, 9 3/4" diameter, circa 1815, crowned crossed batons mark in red, and with an old paper label verso, inscribed in ink 'Painted by Lucas or Cordin, gilded by J. Clarke
