A rare pair of Derby 'dry edge' models of Florentine wild boars, in the white, one seated and one running, on mound base, 6 1/4" wide, circa 1752, no marks

Provenance; English Private Collection

These models are taken from an antique marble statue known as 'The Florentine Boar', now in the Uffizi Gallery, Florence
