A Bristol ovoid milk jug, with crabstock loop handle and leaf moulded lip, painted in coloured enamels with festoons of flowers and leaves, suspended from gilt 'C' and leaf scrolls, stiff blue leaves and laurel garlands, above a puce, blue and gilt interlinked band, gilt dentil rim, 4 1/2" high, circa 1772, numeral 2 mark in gilt
