An interesting English porcelain tea bowl

An interesting English porcelain tea bowl, printed in underglaze blue in Chinese style with a figure on a bridge in a river landscape, the interior with a flower and diaper border, 3" diameter, circa 1785, blue printed Lion Rampant mark

Provenance: English Private Collection

This group of hybrid hard paste porcelain tea wares with the Lion Rampant mark has previously been attributed to New Hall, yet the mark is not recorded on any other New Hall patterns or wares, so an attribution remains elusive
