A rare Worcester shallow oval sauce boat, with loop handle, painted in underglaze blue with a version of the Sinking Boat Fisherman pattern. In Chinese style, with crisply flower, shell and scroll moulded cartouches, the interior painted with a fisherman in a boat, 6" long, circa 1754, workman's mark beneath the handle
