A rare Meissen needlecase

A rare Meissen needlecase, in the form of a baby, wearing a puce and gilt bonnet, the swaddling clothes painted in coloured enamels with flowers, on a pale yellow ground, engraved yellow metal hinged cover, 3" long, circa 1755, no marks
