A Derby yellow ground bowl

A Derby round bowl, finely painted in coloured enamels, probably by Thomas 'Jockey' Hill with a named 'View of Matlock, Derbyshire', within an oval panel bordered by gilt 'pearls', the bright yellow ground with gilt line and 'pearl' bands, 6 1/2" diameter, circa 1795, crowned crossed batons mark in blue and titled beneath
