A fine pair of Derby sweetmeat figures, in the form of a Blackamoor and Companion, each kneeling, and holding a large shell shaped basin, the interior painted in coloured enamels with moths and insects, he wearing a pale yellow waistcoat, painted with flower head roundels, and she wearing a matching skirt, each scroll moulded base picked out in turquoise and gilt, 7 3/4" high, circa 1760, patch marks
