A rare Chelsea Derby small teapot and cover, with angular loop handle, pierced raised rim and sphinx knop, painted in coloured enamels with flowers garlanding grisaille two handled vases, and scattered flowers, within blue ground bands decorated in gilt and white enamel with leaves and dots, within spirally fluted blue and gilt bands, 4 1/4" high, circa 1778, gold anchor mark and an incised cursive N
