An unusual Derby plate

An unusual Derby plate, finely painted in coloured enamels with a 'View in North Wales', within a blue and gilt leaf scroll band, the indented border painted with two birds, butterflies, and a man with a dog, each within gilt leaf scroll cartouches, on a blue ground decorated in gilt and white enamel with leaf scrolls, 9 3/4" diameter, circa 1815-20,  crowned crossed batons mark in red and titled verso
