An extremely rare Worcester wine funnel

An extremely rare Worcester wine funnel, of conical form, painted in Chinese famille rose palette with a Long Eliza type figure, holding a fan, and with a ruyi sceptre in a basket before a pine tree, in a river landscape with a pagoda on an island, the inner rim with a flower panelled green diaper ban, 5 1/2" high, circa 1754, no mark

Provenance; The Barratt Collectiom, Christie's, London, 16th December 2010, lot 193

Worcester polychrome wine funnels were only in production from circa 1754-56, and are of the greatest rarity. Another  example is in the Marshall Collection, Ashmolean Museum, and a further example in the A J Smith Collection

This example has survived in mint condition
