A rare pair of Bow figures
A rare pair of Bow figures, emblematic of Autumn and Winter; Autumn standing holding a wine cup, md wrapped in a leopard pelt, a recumbent putto and basket of fruits at his feet, and Winter standing warming his hands over a brazier, a putto wrapped in a shawl at his feet, each finely decorated in coloured enamels, the scroll moulded mound base picked out in puce and blue. 6 3/4" high, circa 1768, no marks
