A rare pair of Bow groups of Yellow Finches

A rare pair of Bow groups of Yellow Finches, each perched on a tree-stump with white flower heads in the branches, and with chicks in a nest, the four-footed base vigorously modelled with green tendrils, and picked out in puce, 8 1/2" high, circa 1765, no marks

The bases of these groups are very unusual
