A rare Ludwigsburg miniature compressed ovoid teapot and cover, with scroll handle and pear shaped knop, the spout with mask terminal, painted in coloured enamels with birds in branches, beneath basket moulded bands painted with insects, gilt line borders, 2 1/2" high, circa 1770, painted mark in blue
