A Chelsea cane handle

A Chelsea cane handle, in the white, in the form of a girl's head, probably modelled by Joseph Willems, tilted slightly to the right, and with flowers in her hair, tumbling down to her neck, 2 1/4" high, circa 1750, with gilt metal collar, and mounted on the original cane
