A rare Chelsea plate

A rare Chelsea plate, unusually painted in coloured enamels with a naturalistic bird, probably a Brambling, perched on a tree-stump, and with scattered flowers, the border painted with three sprays of flowers and leaves, within scroll moulded cartouches, alternating with basket moulded panels, the barbed border with brown line rim, 9 1/2" diameter, circa 1755, red anchor mark
