A rare Bristol baluster shaped sparrow beak milk jug, the 'S' scroll handle with scroll thumbpiece, painted in puce monochrome with scattered flowers, on a pinecone moulded ground, beneath a flower and 'C' scroll band, the spreading foot painted with a looped band, 3 3/4" high, circa 1772, no mark
