A Derby plate

A Derby plate, finely painted in coloured enamels, possibly by John Brewer, with a view 'Near Stourport, Worcestershire', within a square canted gilt panel, the orange ground border decorated in gilt with stiff leaves, 8 1/2" diameter, circa 1815, crowned crossed batons mark in red and titled verso
