A Derby large figure of Minerva, the Goddess standing, wearing a plumed helmet, and flowing robes, decorated in coloured enamels, an oval shield with the mask of Medusa to the left, with an owl perched on a stack of books, to portray wisdom, the scroll moulded base picked in turquoise, puce and gilt, 12 5/8" high, circa 1770, patch marks
