A 'Vienna' plate

A 'Vienna' plate, finely painted in coloured enamels with a young girl, wearing a mob cap, and lit by the chamber candlestick she carries, the blue ground border decorated in raised paste gilding with swans, vases, flowers and leaf scrolls, 9 1/2" diameter, circa 1900, pseudo Vienna mark verso
