A Worcester teacup, with entwined loop handle, painted in coloured enamels in the London atelier of James Giles with the Lady Mary Wortley Montagu pattern, with exotic birds, within gilt cartouches, and smaller panels of butterflies and flowers, on a blue scale ground, gilt dentil rim, the interior painted with a flower spray, 2" high, circa 1770, underglaze blue crescent mark
