A pair of Bloor Derby figures of Shakespeare and Milton, after the models by Peter Scheemakers, each standing, Shakespeare leaning on books and a scroll on a column, and Milton holding a scroll, and picked out in pink, brown and gilt, on canted rectangular base, 10 1/4" high, circa 1825, script marks in puce beneath a crown and incised model numbers 297 and 305
