An unusual Derby spill vase

A Derby cylindrical spill vase, with spreading foot, unusually painted in orange and gilt with drapery and tassels, above growing flowers and leaves, within vertical bright green, yellow, black and gilt bands, and with orange and gilt borders, 4 1/2" high, circa 1800, crowned crossed batons mark in puce
