A Worcester plate, finely painted in coloured enamels with the Lord Rodney pattern, with exotic birds in an extensive river landscape, and smaller birds and butterflies in flight, the fluted border with a blue ground band decorated in gilt with flower, 'C' scroll and dentil bands, 7 1/2" diameter, circa 1775-80, script W mark in underglaze blue
