A Vienna group of ice skaters, probably emblematic of Winter, modelled as an elegant couple, he wearing tricorn hat, puce suit and ice skates, and each with a fur muff, a man kneeling at her feet to fit her skates, on oval mound base, 9" high, circa 1765, shield mark in underglaze blue
